Responsibilities:
- Plan deliveries to align with customer demand
- Oversee the receipt and coordination of goods to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor and follow up on ongoing tasks until completion
- Ensure timely job closure for prompt billing within the specified timeframe
- Address and respond to customer inquiries without delay
- Handle permit declarations for LCL shipments
Requirements:
- At least 1 year working experience in logistics operations
- Able to multi-task and work under least supervision in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Knowledge of Import / Export permit declaration preferable
