Responsibilities:
- Receive import documentation from the vendor and monitor shipment arrival status.
- Create job files in the system for import shipments.
- Coordinate payment to the carrier for import container release.
- Prepare inbound permit declarations and Letters of Authorization (LOA) for port release.
- Process weekly import operations billing and record associated costs.
- Handle biweekly detention billing and maintain the master detention tracker.
- Compile reports for the vendor, including daily container tracking, STO reports, MNR reports, and ME permit reconciliations.
- Coordinate with the vendor for container trucking arrangements.
- Prepare monthly accrual data.
Requirements:
- Relevant study in Logistics industry
- Order Processing experience preferred
- Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently
- Customer Service oriented
