Working Location: Airline Road
Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow up with all MOM rules and requirements for employment
- Attend courses when required and feedback all MOM updated information to the company
- Work closely with employment agencies and source for good candidates when required
- Perform interview and select the right candidate for the company
- Keep record of staff leave etc.
- Handle all office administrative work.
- Handle all office purchases, like stationeries, pantry needs, etc.
- Ensure office cleaner does her job.
- To source for good vendors for the company if needed and upkeep all company's assets, renewal of memberships, vehicle VPC and roadtax and insurance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Experience in HR functions / HR Operations
- Initiative, self-motivation, independent and hard working
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
