Responsibilities:
- Overall understanding of program, how each business unit connects with one another and explore business opportunities within each.
- Responsible for developing strategies to improve operational performance, monitoring, & evaluating the effectiveness of those strategies.
- Assist in CIPs and/or ad hoc projects that border on workplace safety enhancement, automation, process steps elimination, Kaizen burst, value stream mapping, quality/PPM improvements, productivity gains, data analytics, data visualization, storage optimization.
- Customer engagement through CIP, project related and OpEx meeting.
- Develop, implement, sustain and improve the methods, tools, and standards of the LEAN system in all sections of the value streams.
- Support LEAN work practices including 6S, problem-solving root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain study background or other relevant field
- Six Sigma certification is required.
- Contract logistics background preferred.
- Strong leadership skills & an understanding of business processes & systems.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, both written & verbal to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders effectively.
- Project management skills, ability to work on & meet deadlines, and manage diverse stakeholders’ expectations.
