About the role
Reporting to the BI Solutions Support Team Lead, this role will support internal stakeholders in Asia Pacific with all performance issues relating to back office BI applications, ensuring smooth operations while looking into potential process improvements.
What you will be doing
- Monitor and manage ticketing system effectively
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting of reported issues to identify root cause
- Collaborate and share knowledge with other team members to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare or update technical documents or user guides
- Participate in the enhancement and support of cyclical processes (e.g. annual budget, year opening processes)
The successful candidate
Essential
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related field
- At least 2 years' experience in application support or similar roles
- Strong working experience in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
- Working knowledge of MS SQL server and SQL scripting

- Meticulous and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of users in English
- Open to learn and work with new technologies
