THE CHALLENGE
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by creating and managing sales opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Coordinate with other departments such as products, finance, compliance and technical support to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective support to the sales team.

- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
