Role: To ensure daily production targets are met to achieve productivity and quality. Required to work as a team & with all other departments to overall improve the manufacturing operations to yield profit, hence resulted in customer’s satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
· Set-up/Downing of mould and ancillary parts to new production run according to production job sheet or schedule.
· Ensure machines set-up conform to standard requirement.
· Attend to daily product’s quality issues and rectify the defects.
· Report immediately to Supervisor when defects are detected.
· Take lead on the start-up of blowing machine (after every shutdown) on segregation of contaminated bottles.
