Responsibilities:
1)On-the-job training to gain experience, learn and develop new skills
2)To demonstrate increased proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibility
3)To learn the operational procedures for stores . In your role as management trainee, you may also be asked to assume compete responsibility for the store or products during the absence of the sales representative.
4)You will also be expected to serve as role models for customer service and set the standardso of excellence for all employees.
