Job Description
- To assist the Operations Manager to manage and oversee daily the operations of the outlets under your cluster.
- Work with the Operation manager to ensure outlets optimize sales.
- To ensure FOH complies with operations standards and procedures.
- To conduct interview and recruit front line staff.
- Prepare weekly schedule.
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Operations Manager min 3 years of F&B experience
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detailed and result orientated.
- Excellent communications skills
- High adaptability and willing to learn.
- Willing to travel to different outlets.
