- Position Title: CNC Machinist Cum Programmer
- Working Location: North (Closest MRT - Admiralty)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 6pm
- Salary Package: Up to $2600 + OT + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Independently create CNC programs, utilizing advanced programming skills to develop efficient machining operations. Experience in CNC programming is a significant added advantage.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of cutting tools, including selecting and applying the right tools for specific materials and machining processes.
- Demonstrate expertise in determining and setting the appropriate cutting speeds for a variety of materials to optimize machining performance and tool life.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the machining process, ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality output.
- Experience with surface grinding operations is a plus, contributing to the overall versatility and capability of the machining process.
- Handle a wide range of materials for fabrication, including plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous materials, and stainless steel, understanding their unique machining requirements.
