- Plan and manage in-store promotional displays and customer events to boost engagement and sales.
- Oversee budgets and daily operations to keep costs down and ensure smooth store functioning.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to keep the team motivated and performing at their best.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’ Level and above.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing sales teams in the luxury fashion industry.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Strong skills in team management and motivation.
