- Responsible for achieving the stipulated sales target set by company.
- Formulate offline sales strategy, develop, and organize the implementation of a comprehensive sales plan, lead the team to translate the plan into sales results.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers in the enterprise software market, with a preference for those needing local HR and Office Automation (OA) systems solution.
- Stay informed about software industry trends, competitive services, and market conditions.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing/new clients to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
