- Design and execute training programs and curricula.
- Collaborate with the company to foster a learning culture within the organization.
- Implement and assess our WSQ, Non-WSQ, and e-learning training materials.
- Hold regular meetings with team members to identify and address their needs.
Requirements:
- ACTA/DDDLP Certified
- At least 4 years of stand-up training, On-the-Job training experience in the F&B industry.
- Possess a Level 3 Food Safety Course or as a Food Hygiene Officer is an advantage.
