Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join us. You will assist to manage conveyancing tasks including purchases, sales, mortgages, refinancing, transfers, leases, powers of attorney, and stamp duties.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Drafting conveyancing documents and overseeing e-lodgement and e-stamping processes.
- Communicating effectively with financial institutions, banks, and clients to ensure smooth transactions.
- Liaising with government bodies (CPF, SLA, HDB, IRAS) as required.
- Conducting title searches as needed.
- Managing the firm’s conveyancing files from start to end.
- Keeping all financial institution and bank contacts up to date.
Required qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in law (experience is valued more than qualifications)
- Experience: at least 2 years in residential conveyancing with good knowledge of the process.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Organised, meticulous, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in eLitigation and STARS eLodgment platforms
