Production Assistant Manager

The Supply Chain Assistant Production Manager supports the production process by coordinating supply chain activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing inventory, ensuring timely delivery of materials, coordinating with procurement, and optimizing production schedules to meet operational goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory and reorder materials to prevent delays.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams for timely deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Assist in adjusting production schedules based on material availability.Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency.
  • Track and report supply chain metrics.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or production support roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
