Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Part-Time Promoters to represent our brand at various events. As a promoter, you will be responsible for selling our snack products and Christmas packages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience at our event booth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell our snack products and Christmas packages to event attendees.
- Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain engaging conversations to understand customer needs and encourage purchases.
- Product Knowledge: Quickly learn and retain information about a wide range of SKUs to effectively present products to customers.
- Booth Management: Ensure the event booth is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Independent Work: Manage your tasks efficiently with minimal supervision, meeting or exceeding daily sales targets.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report insights to help improve our products and sales strategies.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and promotions.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to initiate conversations and motivate customers to make purchases.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Learning Agility: Inquisitive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and sales techniques.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be able to start at short notice and commit to the event schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

- Weekdays:
- Base Rate: $7 per hour
- Commission: 7% of the sales attained by individual
