Our client is one of Singapore’s leading international A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in building projects. They are looking for a Senior QS for large scale complex building project.
Job Description:
- Taking care of primary costs and contracts of construction projects, estimating, and planning cost
- Monitor, track change orders, sub-contractors drawing list and materials delivery, quantity take off and measurement
- Pre-tender administration and documentation, valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations
- Ensure delivering a successful project within budget, cost and the stipulated time frame.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
- At least 8 years of QS experience in main contractor
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
- Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
