Our client is an esteemed local construction firm that focusing on construction, property development and investment. They are looking for a Senior Recruitment Executive to manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities.
Job Description:
- Oversee full spectrum of recruitment duties
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates focusing on construction and engineering positions
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, screening, interviewing and selection to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels to attract talent
- Collaborate closely with department heads, project managers and HR team to understand hiring needs
- Work on enhancing company’s employer brand
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, competitor activities
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with legal requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business or relevant field
- Min 5 years of recruitment experience, including some construction sector experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
