We are a SME supermarket retail company, looking for individuals who would like to join us as Supervisor or Assitant Supervisor.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
- Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
- Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
- Remove expired or damage products, replenish and rotations of products.
- Ensure that display space is fully stocked.
- Arranging of stocks First-In-First-Out (FIFO) to ensure that products are within shelves life.
- Other Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Min qualification High school diploma
- At least 3 yrs of work experience required
- 6-day work week/ shift work and must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays
- Service-oriented and a team player
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
