Job Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential learners at roadshows to inspire them to enhance their skills through Digital Marketing courses.
- Present and explain the benefits of various Digital Marketing courses tailored to the needs of the audience.
- Identify suitable courses for individuals based on their career aspirations and skill levels.
- Participate in roadshows, corporate events, and seminars to promote course offerings effectively.
- Seek and pursue new sales opportunities, ensuring successful closure of deals.
- Manage and grow your personal sales portfolio, achieving and exceeding targets.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries promptly to maintain interest and secure enrollments.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree or relevant practical experience in sales or marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in education or training.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect clients with a proactive, hunter mentality.
- Passion for lifelong learning and helping others enhance their employability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Highly disciplined with exceptional time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
