You will be working with one of the major multinational company in this region to drive the implementation and adoption of enterprise solutions.
Your new role
As Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Working with local business partners to ensure the transformation agenda is understood.
- Lead the technical and functional development of the applications
- Gathering requirement and full project management cycle of the solution implementation.
- Drive the adoption as well as governance of the enterprise solutions.
- Participate in develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Document project processes, regularly review and update project documentation to reflect the evolving project landscape.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
- Expertise and hands on experience with ERP systems, particularly in Finance modules, including configuration and customization with business systems.
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, GL, AP, AR, AA and COPA to perform role as in-house Business Solution expert.
- Regional implementation and operations support experience in SAP FI/CO is a must.
- Good industry knowledge of retail and trading sector will be added value.
- PMP Certified or other project management related certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and optimize ERP solutions
- Knowledge of scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, ASP.NET, VB Net,
- Well-organised, attention to detail, ability to multi-task.
- Problem-solving skills (analysis, options, driving decision).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
