Responsibilities:
- Support Director by collaborating with corporate to ensure company safety strategy, guidelines and processes are understood and implemented on all sites and providing safety management advice.
- Ensure that the Company Safety strategy is followed and that it is well communicated and understood by all employees.
- Manage the Safety competency within the sites and make competency building plans.
- Carry out Safety training and regular communication sessions such as briefing, updates, changes to all stakeholders.
- Manage contractor safety performance to achieve zero harm on sites.
- Actively engage customers and internal corporate staff by taking the lead to coordinate related safety matters in visits and meetings.
- Organize, manage and coordinate table-top exercises, drills, exercises for emergency preparedness and response and business continuity plans.
- License/Permit/Certificate holder responsible for stipulated duties accordingly e.g. Fire Safety Manager, Hazardous Substances Permit Holder, Workplace Safety and Health officer, etc.

Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor degree in Workplace Safety and Health Management / Engineering related.
- Minimum 7 years of Safety working experience in Oil & Gas or Chemicals industry.
- Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards and Responsible Care codes.
- Familiar with and support site Safe Management Measures (SMM) to implement safe management measures at all sites.
- Familiar with the requirements of bizSAFE level 5 standards and conduct risk assessment and maintain the risk management including Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) for the sites.
- Familiar with and implement relevant international and Singapore standards, codes and best practices.
