1) Have flexible skills in revising and updating drawings according to requirements and actual situation at the construction site.
2) Responsible for Quotation,Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Final Accounts and Sub-contractor Progress Claims.
3) Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Sub-contractors, Consultants Architects for all project-related matters and site survey and update work progressing on site.
4)Proficient in Autocad, Microsoft Office and knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop is an advantage.
