- Perform billing and day to day admin duties
- Coordinate with the sales department and perform PO, DO and other documents
- Arrange import shipment
- Arrange local delivery to the customer
- Assist in any other ad-hoc matters, when required.
Requirement:
- O level / / ITE / Diploma
- No experience are welcome, supervision will be given
- Knowledge in MS Office
- A keen learner who is open to expanding knowledge of billing and administrative work is preferred.
- Bilingual (Chinese & English) to liaise with Chinese speaking associate
