Job Summary
The IT Software Specialist will be assisting IT Manager on set up, configure, and maintain our Digital System(s) for business operations across the company. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for training new personnel on the system and ensuring its effective use across the organization. This role is critical in optimizing business operations and enhancing productivity.
Job Responsibilities
- Setup business software according to organizational and site requirements.
- Configure the system to meet specific needs, including various business processes on asset tracking, work order management, and preventive maintenance scheduling, material requisition, purchase, etc.
- Assist on driving digitalization awareness and leading to adoption of progressive improvement.
- Develop and deliver training, workshop & guidance programs for users on a regular basis.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing questions and issues as they arise.
- Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation online.
- Monitor system usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related equivalent.
- At least 3-5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Power Point).
- Basic experience in drafting Flowchart.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Experience in business operations for Facilities.
Desirable
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience with cloud business operation platforms, mobile application.
- Knowledge on Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) workflow will be advantageous.
- Knowledge on Procurement workflow will be advantageous.
