Business Development Analyst

Reo Impex Pte. Ltd.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

You will play a pivotal role in establishing Reo Impex’s presence in the Maldives from the ground up by driving new business initiatives and building a robust clientele base. Your primary focus will be on expanding our sales outreach for Project Procurement and Logistics Management services to new organizations, industries, and market segments.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Analysing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities.
  2. Identifying cost reductions to increase sales revenue.
  3. Analysing consumer behaviour to meet product demand and preferences.
  4. Performing competitor analysis toward an increased market share.
  5. Implementing efficient customer communication and feedback channels.
  6. Identifying and negotiating sales deals that promote sustained income.
  7. Identify and research potential clients
  8. Develop and maintain client relationships
  9. Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  10. Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
  11. Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
  12. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  13. Track and report on the status of proposal components
  14. Conduct ongoing market research

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  3. Resourcefulness – securing and deploying resources effectively and efficiently. To produce results by making the best use of the limited resources available.
  4. Has a good understanding of Maldives tourism and resort development, and able to demonstrate knowledge of the cultural and logistical challenges of doing business there.
  5. Drives Result – consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances. High focus on driving (business) results and KPIs.

QUALIFICATION GUIDE

  1. Education: Minimum, Bachelor Degree in Business
  2. Communication: Fluent both in oral and written English.
  3. Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven and years of work experience in the same field and similar industries. Fresh Gradulates are welcome to apply.
