PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
You will play a pivotal role in establishing Reo Impex’s presence in the Maldives from the ground up by driving new business initiatives and building a robust clientele base. Your primary focus will be on expanding our sales outreach for Project Procurement and Logistics Management services to new organizations, industries, and market segments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Identifying cost reductions to increase sales revenue.
- Analysing consumer behaviour to meet product demand and preferences.
- Performing competitor analysis toward an increased market share.
- Implementing efficient customer communication and feedback channels.
- Identifying and negotiating sales deals that promote sustained income.
- Identify and research potential clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Conduct ongoing market research

QUALIFICATION GUIDE
- Education: Minimum, Bachelor Degree in Business
- Communication: Fluent both in oral and written English.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven and years of work experience in the same field and similar industries. Fresh Gradulates are welcome to apply.
