- Collaborate with stakeholders to align programs and projects with business goals.
- Ensure smooth implementation of loyalty initiatives across customer journeys and touchpoints.
- Manage and grow loyalty programs to deliver value to customers and the business.
- Develop marketing and communication plans aligned with customer segments and business goals.
- Oversee vendor, project, and campaign management for loyalty initiatives.
- Use market research and data insights to identify customer engagement opportunities.
- Design and execute plans to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and incremental value.
- Establish and manage partnerships to strengthen the loyalty program.
- Negotiate and manage agreements with platform and technology partners.
- Present project updates and milestones to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with ICT teams for security reviews, timelines, and product launches.
- Conduct UAT and other required tests for new program releases with vendors.
- Provide training for internal product users (e.g., concierge managers, marketing teams).
- Manage and forecast budgets for loyalty programs.
