Responsibility
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Construction Mobile Crane Operator to join our team, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mobile cranes at various construction sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in crane operations, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments. This role requires precision, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with team members and site supervisors to ensure the timely and safe completion of projects.
Job Description
* Operate mobile cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials (e.g., steel, concrete, equipment) safely and accurately according to project specifications.
* Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents. Perform daily inspections to ensure the crane is in safe working condition and monitor environmental factors (e.g., weather, ground stability) to ensure safe crane operation.
* Ensure loads are properly rigged and securely attached before lifting. Collaborate with riggers and other personnel to ensure the load is balanced and within the crane’s capacity.
* Conduct regular maintenance checks on the crane, including fluid levels, cables, and mechanical systems. Report any malfunctions and coordinate repairs as needed.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors, signalmen, and other crew members to ensure accurate and safe lifting, positioning, and moving of materials.
* Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including load weights, operating hours, maintenance activities, and safety incidents. Report any issues to supervisors promptly.
* Complete crane operations efficiently to meet project deadlines. Minimize downtime by ensuring the crane is properly maintained and ready for use.
* Work closely with the construction team to coordinate tasks, ensure safety on site, and assist with other operational duties as needed to support the project.
* Able to carry heavy goods, 20-30KG.
* Able to work in a dusty and hot environment.
* Able to work on Weekends, Sundays, and Public holidays, and willing to work overtime.
* Able to work rotating shifts and overtime.

Requirement
* At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Must possess at least a higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
* Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
* Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
* Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently.
* Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
* Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
