Accountant, HR and Admin

  • Maintaining day to day company’s accounting records, prepare timely and precise financial reports to both management and regulatory
  • Support daily account receivable and payable process
  • Support HR functions including Payroll, Recruitment
  • Assist in preparing quarterly GST submission
  • Provide finance support for Sales and Operations
  • Support annual regulatory requirement
  • Preferbly farmilar with Xero accounting system
  • Support office adminstrative matters such as:
  • Ordering of office supplies and stationery
  • Liaison for office maintenance and repairs
  • Co-ordinate office events
  • To provide high quality support to the organization, responding to incoming calls

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin/HR/Accounting / Finance
  • Highly organized and motivated, a team player and fast learner
