- Maintaining day to day company’s accounting records, prepare timely and precise financial reports to both management and regulatory
- Support daily account receivable and payable process
- Support HR functions including Payroll, Recruitment
- Assist in preparing quarterly GST submission
- Provide finance support for Sales and Operations
- Support annual regulatory requirement
- Preferbly farmilar with Xero accounting system
- Support office adminstrative matters such as:
- Ordering of office supplies and stationery
- Liaison for office maintenance and repairs
- Co-ordinate office events
- To provide high quality support to the organization, responding to incoming calls
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin/HR/Accounting / Finance
- Highly organized and motivated, a team player and fast learner
