Job Responsibilities
- Oversee an end-to-end order to cash process to ensure smooth operations.
- Address critical customer complaints and issues promptly, providing timely and professional resolutions.
- Implement standard SOPs, and OTC processes in line with internal guidelines and policies.
- Support division revenue goals by managing backorders meticulously, ensuring fulfillment timelines align with targets.
- Prepare and present weekly reports, analyze key data, identify issues, and recommend solutions as necessary.
- Act as the primary contact for critical cases, collaborating with teams (Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance) to provide exceptional support and swift issue resolution.
- Lead and grow a high-performing customer service team, maintaining a standard of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- Demonstrates accountability, proactive problem-solving, adaptability, and a solid understanding of business operations.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics, customer service, and supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
