Our client who is a leading electrical installation, maintenance of electrical systems, energy management solutions company are expanding and are seeking for a Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to work closely with the sales team, prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other departments to achieve delivery goals and technical support
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma or ITE Certification
- Good MS Office skills
- Project management and supervision skills
- Experience in QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications preferred
- Time management and organization skills
- Knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD and BIM would be useful
