Job Responsibilities:
1) Ensure that team members are properly trained and performing according to expectations
2) Ensure that all food and beverage is served according to specifications
3) Greet members and guests in a pleasant manner and ensuring a pleasant dining experience
4) Assume responsibility as the supervisor on the floor during meal periods
5) Ensure food and service standards are being maintained
6) Schedule members by recording dining reservations, arrangements for special parties and private dining room accommodations
7) Maintain purchase order and inventory systems
8) Ensure outlet is ready for operations
9) Ensure the work area cleanliness
10) Any other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· GCE 'O' Level
· 3-5 years of relevant experience with Food and Hygiene Certification
