- Able to read construction drawings, and know well the skill of formwork, rebar, concreting, and survey.
- Must know how to prepare the rebar bending schedule for ordering.
- Oversees the day-to-day activities that take place on the worksite.
- Involvement in planning, organizing, and controlling projects.
- Liaising with the main contractor for work coordination.
- Responsible for supervising the workforce while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Manage all on-site matters and assist with technical issues.
- Responsible to lead and manage the structural construction of the projects and ensure safety procedures are met.
- Able to work on a fast-track project with tight deadlines.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, is independent, diligent, and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
