Job Description:
- Lead a group of production technicians to make sure that processes are carried out safely and effectively.
- Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
- Provide day-to-day technical and engineering support for production department to ensure maximum production.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
- Develop and facilitate training for operations group such as with operating procedures, safety/environmental protocol, new/revised processes, and equipment.
- Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- With production executive/engineer experience in manufacturing industry
- Preferable from chemical product manufacturing background
- Dedication to continuous improvement and sound prioritization skills
- Detail-oriented and extremely efficient
