Our client is looking to groom individuals that are serious & passionate in the F&B industry for management responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site services, such as managing food orders, handling reservations, cashiering, and related tasks.
- Participate in non-supervisory training to develop required skills and fulfill related functions.
- Complete training for supervisory roles to oversee both operational and managerial responsibilities.
- Gain the skills and knowledge to work independently and progress to the Assistant Manager position within the set timeframe.
- Perform all duties in line with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values, prioritizing the Company’s best interests.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
- Take on any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage sector.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude toward work.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing enthusiasm, positivity, and initiative.
