Marketing Executive (Camp Asia)

Position Objective

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in executing the marketing strategy and supporting the promotion of our Holiday Camp and Academy programs. Working closely with the Head of Camp Asia, cross-functional teams and external partners, you will drive initiatives that attract and engage customers, increase brand awareness, and maintain our leadership position in the market. We seek a marketing professional with a strategic mind, a creative spark, and the energy to thrive in a high-impact role.


Responsibilities


Campaign Development and Execution

· Plan and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms, focusing on reaching parents and families in Singapore.

· Execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring each campaign is designed to drive awareness, registrations, and brand engagement.


Content Creation

· Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels as well as offline materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and banners

· Work with design teams to produce visually engaging assets that maintain brand consistency and appeal to our target audience.


Social Media Management

· Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging posts, interacting with followers, and monitoring performance to drive brand loyalty and engagement.

· Develop and maintain a content calendar that highlights upcoming camps, events, and other relevant content.


Event Coordination

· Organize and coordinate promotional events, open houses, and other on-site activations, ensuring high visibility and community engagement.

· Work with Cognita schools and other partners to host in-person events that promote our programs, interact with families, and build brand trust.


Traditional Advertising and Media Outreach

· Plan and execute traditional advertising campaigns targeting key demographics.

· Liaise with local publication partners to secure press coverage, including writing and distributing press releases to promote camp offerings, special events, and achievements.


Outreach and Partnership Development

· Establish and manage partnerships with Cognita schools, businesses, and community organizations to expand our reach and co-promote our offerings.

· Collaborate with educational institutions, sports clubs, and family-oriented organizations to create joint promotions and referral programs.


Market Research and Analysis

· Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to understand trends, preferences, and potential areas for growth.

· Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and local demographics to provide insights that inform our marketing strategy.


Offline Marketing Collateral Management

· Develop and maintain an inventory of print marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and other point-of-sale displays.

· Coordinate with print vendors to ensure timely production and distribution of materials across key locations in Singapore, such as schools


Digital and Traditional Campaign Performance Tracking

· Analyze both digital and offline campaign performance, track KPIs, and report results, providing insights for continual improvement.

· Use data-driven insights to optimize both online and offline campaigns, ensuring a balance of reach and effectiveness across all channels.


Digital Library Management

· Oversee and coordinate with a photography and videography partner to capture high-quality photos and videos throughout the year at camps, events, and promotional activities, ensuring a vibrant and accurate representation of our programs.

· Manage the planning and scheduling of shoots, oversee content quality.

· Maintain a well-organized digital library of multimedia assets for use across various marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards and storytelling goals.


Position Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with an ability to create engaging, persuasive content for a family-focused audience.
  • Campaign Management: Skilled in planning and executing cross-channel campaigns, from ideation through to performance analysis and optimization.
  • Creativity and Design Sense: Ability to conceptualize visually appealing marketing materials; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is preferred.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Social Media Management: Practical experience managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with a strategic approach to growing engagement.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Genuine interest in understanding our target audience—families and children—and a commitment to serving their needs through relevant, value-driven content.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: Highly driven, with the initiative to take ownership of tasks and seek continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment where priorities may shift.
  • Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all materials produced.
  • Collaborative: A team player who values open communication and works well across departments to achieve common goals.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably within education, events, or family-focused sectors.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and design software.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily office-based with flexibility to work remotely when required.
  • Occasional on-site work at camp locations (up to 18 weeks a year), events, and partner schools for content creation, event support, and community engagement.
  • Working as part of a dynamic team with frequent cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external partners.

Terms of Employment


· Regular Working Hours: 9.00AM – 6.00PM, Mondays to Fridays

· Holiday Camp Hours: 7.30AM – 4.30PM, Mondays to Fridays (up to 18 weeks/year)

· Annual Leave: 15 days

· Probation Period: 3 months

· Referee Request: Required

· Background Check: Required
