Key Responsibilities:
- Top monitor project resources, budget, schedule and scope of work
- Provide technical expertise on site to troubleshoot and propose the best solution for our clients
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Propose and recommend improvement projects to clients to upgrade existing equipment performance.
- Attend to site installation, equipment breakdown and servicing, and emergency requests from client
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional after-sales support to our clients
- Utilize your technical know-how to identify, diagnose and repair complex issues efficiently.
- Other ad-hoc duties
Qualifications:
- Must possess a minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Automation) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience required and knowledge related to electromechanical control & automation.
- Programming skills and understanding in PLC & Robotic Control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems or support other team members.
- With class 3 driving license.
- Regional travel experience.
