Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing purchase orders with accuracy and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to track inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and conduct regular stocktakes.
- Monitor and track delivery/shipment progress, providing regular updates to internal teams and customers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide support to the logistics team in resolving any shipping-related issues or challenges.
- Maintain and organize reports as assigned.
- Generate and file invoices and purchase orders for B2B suppliers and clients.
- Coordinate daily delivery orders and communicate effectively with the delivery team.
- Keep customer order statuses updated and respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels (mobile, email, social media).
- Follow up with respective managers on pending open issues.
- Establish and manage customer profiles using the backend system.
- Perform other basic administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of prior administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at collaborating within a team.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving proficiency to efficiently tackle logistics challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Basic background in customer service preferred.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
