Service Consulting Manager, Roche Diagnostics Asia Pacific - (3 Years Contract)
The Opportunity:
Lead regional initiatives to implement field service topics and drive digital service adoption in line with the Global Support Strategy 2030. Act as a product owner for field service processes and tools, manage the APAC affiliate teams’ community of practice, and provide consulting on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Develop and test prototypes for strategic initiatives, collaborate with global teams, and propose a vision for strategic alignment and organizational mobilization. You will report to the APAC Service Consulting Team Manager Service & Support.
As the Service Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Create the vision for the product you will own, identify and prioritise the business needs for the product, identify the value proposition and ensure the values are being delivered
- Set up & Lead the APAC community of practices/interests
- Collaborate with global and APAC affiliates to implement global as well as regional initiatives and be accountable for the successful adoption of changes
- Proactively identify opportunities to engage with affiliates to drive the global support strategy initiatives. Provide proactive guidance and assistance to the business teams with proposals to achieve the regional goals.
- Coordinate the cross functional team to ensure effectiveness and cooperation amongst the team members. When necessary, drive and support other cross-functional teams within the agile framework and with internal stakeholders across value streams and chapters.
- Exercise customer-centric business thinking beyond the product / service by evaluating potential customers and addressing needs from commercial to operational challenges.
- Report to the Service Consulting Team Manager.
Who you are:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in the related field. Advanced degree (Masters, MBA) in the related field is an advantage, preferably with at least 5 years of work experience in related fields.
- Proven knowledge and expertise in the area of focus and in the Asia Pacific region.
- Demonstrated system thinking, connecting the dots proactively across geographies and business areas.
- Experience or certification in Agile frameworks like scrum, SAFe can be an added advantage.
