Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with internal SOPs.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, audit schedules, and variance analysis.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for project expenses.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Handle credit control and receivables management.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors on accounting matters.
- Support and manage month-end close processes, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Streamline processes to improve productivity and engagement in various finance digitization and digital transformation projects.
- Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and senior management.
- Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification or progress towards certification is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full set of accounts, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Hands-on and meticulous approach to work.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Hardworking and a good team player.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
- Knowledge of construction accounting principles and experience with project accounting software is a plus.
