Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities:


Supporting HRBP

  • To provide HR Business partnering support to the assigned schools and departments in HR matters and issues.
  • To effectively utilise HR information systems and databases to record, update and effectively utilize employee data.
  • To provide excellent customer service in responding to enquiries to drive on-time and practical solutions.
  • To maintain employee data and files, ensuring they are well organised and up-to-date.
  • To support the performance management process, including working with Line Managers and Principals in the collation, analysis and implementation of data and results to drive a high performance culture.

Recruitment and Selection

  • To provide support and input to the recruitment process, including application assessment, shortlisting and selection, and onwards to the onboarding and induction of new staff.
  • To provide support in recruitment administration, including screening applications and assisting with the organising of interviews and liaising with candidates.
  • To liaise with individuals and external organisations, both in Singapore and abroad, to verify candidate references and qualifications.
  • To use external online sites such as Job Portals, the Jobs Bank to advertise and manage vacancies.

General HR Administration

  • To assist in the organising and administration for learning and development activities and administer the training grant applications across the schools in EtonHouse.
  • To Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on employment pass / S-Pass and work permit applications and renewals as required.
  • To assist in the organising of staff events in the company.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR related role
  • Conversant with the Singapore Employment Act and a good understanding of general HR practices will be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good team player
