To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join our Human Resources Department.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-
Primary Responsibilities
- Support in the recruitment and selection process; source, screen and interview of candidates
- Administer on-boarding and off-boarding processes of new hires and leavers
- Manage the employee life-cycle including employee confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, reference checks as well as work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
- Update employee movements into HRIS
- Prepare weekly headcount reports
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
Secondary Responsibilities
- Report & submit Work Injury Compensation claims
- Verify and process transport claims (Grab transport & Cabcharge invoices)
- Assist in completing MOM and other government surveys
- Prepare monthly payroll advice & e-claims report for payroll to process
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Exposure to HR operations and experience in hospitality industry would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Times Software
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Able to start within short notice
