This role involves conducting comprehensive training sessions for a diverse group of campaign volunteers, ensuring they are equipped with the skills needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead training sessions for groups of 20-40 volunteers from various backgrounds, including classroom training, role-playing, on-the-job demos, and trial sessions.
- Facilitate and support volunteers in passing assessments to become certified.
- Utilize provided training materials to teach key skills, with a focus on empathetic listening, communication, and engagement techniques tailored for recipients of different ages and backgrounds.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to promote, identify, and recruit new volunteers.
- Provide regular and timely progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of training experience.
- Must hold an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment for volunteers.
