Job Responsibilities:-
- Manage meeting room schedule
- Manage organization's certifications (Apply/Renew)
- Able to assist with IT support
- Manage road tax & vehicle insurance renewal/ VPC
- Manage organisation's insurance
- Handle day to day procurement operations
- Hold primary responsibility for procuring categories such as consumables, equipment, and services
- Actively assess cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation update and filing for Purchasing Department
- Ensure full coordination among inter-departments, suppliers, vendors and contactors on matters related to purchasing and supplies
- Other general administration duties as & when require
Requirements:
- Experience in full spectrum of Admin Duties
- Must be strong in administrative support/ computer skills
- Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
- Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with supplier)
- Able to provide IT support will be an advantage
