We are seeking a versatile Admin and Logistics Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of livestream sessions from pre- to post. You bank on supporting both hosts and the audience during livestreams, adjusting strategies in real-time to maximise viewer engagement. In your day-to-day, you will be working with Logistics team, to ensure that customers’ orders are fulfilled.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organisational and multitasking abilities, who has an interest in live commerce, customer service and current trends. May have overseas opportunity.
Note: The working hours may vary outside of the standard 9am-6pm, depending on livestream schedules.
Job descriptions:
• Manage eCommerce platform and online marketplaces (Facebook etc)
• Handle enquiries from eCommerce platforms and online marketplaces;
• Assist in all aspects from order processing, delivery and return or exchanges from customers’ orders across eCommerce and online platforms;
• Assist to resolve operational issues, and implement improvements to ensure operations are established and implemented properly;
• Performs all general administrative tasks;
• Provides administrative support to sales and service department;
• Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
• Ability to pick up a strong grasp on product knowledge in short periods of time.
• Able to establish good rapport with current and potential customers.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• A team player, creative, efficient and honest.
• Prior experience in a sales, livestream or broadcast support role is a bonus.
