Job Descriptions :
· Handle full set of accounts
· Process and verify invoices, expenses claims, and reimbursements accurately
· Handle GST filings, payroll processing and CPF submissions
· Manage monthly journals, payments and receipts
· Preparation of month end reporting, cash flow forecast and budgets management
· Responsible for annual statutory financial audit reporting and corporate tax matters
· Communicate with inter-companies accounting team and liaise external parties such as auditor, tax and bank
· Ensure smooth implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
· Administering employee benefits, compensation plans, and policy updates
· Maintain accurate and updated personnel data and HR systems
· Keep organised and confidential filing systems for company records
· Manage all aspects of work pass matters, including applications, renewals and appeals
· Manage employee relations, compliance with employment laws and policy updates
· Ensure office efficiency, general office upkeep and maintenance
· Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions
· Welcome office visitors and manage communications (calls, emails, mail)
Job Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degrees in accounting with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and HR function
· Strong in organisational skills, with and eye of detail and accuracy
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
· Strong in communication skill, both verbal and written in English and Chinese
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
· People-focused, with proactive and team-oriented mindset
· Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
· Capable of working independently and handling responsibilities with minimal supervision
