We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual in a renewable 1 year contract position. The potential for contract extensions based on performance is available.
Salary Range: $4,000 to $4,600 (Depending on experience)

Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)
He/she is expected to:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Performing requirements analysis and user testing
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, technology team and management staff to achieve desired results of business and user needs
- Conduct business process modelling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors, business units, marcom, and stakeholders, to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user manuals.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
- Able to translate requirements with technical team and vendors
- Carries analytical, conceptual, and agile way of thinking skills
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Any other task as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Preferred to have project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of business process management and optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in requirements analysis, documentation, and user testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with business process modeling and generating scenarios for testing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and operational support activities.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using project management and business analysis tools.
- Experience with Edutech platforms will be a plus.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
