Warehouse Supervisor

• Location: Changi
• Salary: Up to S$ 3.1k
• Working days: Monday - Friday
• Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Job Summary:

1. Oversees distribution center activities for some or all of the following processes: packing, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, stock handling, storing, distribution and inventory support. Provides high quality, cost effective, and efficient service to meet current and future demands.
2. Optimizes facilities utilization, process execution and compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulations. Provides oversight and direction for assigned employees, financial and operational activities.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management: Supervises daily activities, sets priorities, and ensures task completion.
2. Order Fulfillment: Manages inventory, shipments, and customer communications.
3. Inventory Management: Conducts inventory counts, reconciles discrepancies, calibrated to be in full compliance with required military, ISO and other quality standards and ensures accuracy.
4. Quality Assurance: Develops/implements procedures, evaluates deviations, and surveys customers.
5. Compliance: Maintains safety regulations, department policies, and equipment calibration.
6. Reporting: Creates/presents statistical, narrative, and financial reports.
7. Ensures work area is well maintained: Compliance with all safety regulations and department policies including ESD requirements.
8. Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities to enhance processes/procedures.
9. Other Duties As assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Logistics or other relevant discipline
• Lean 6 sigma certification preferred but not mandatory
• Experienced as supervisor
