Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, your primary goal will be to ensure that clients derive maximum value from our secure and efficient data-sharing solutions. You will guide them through every stage of the journey, from understanding their needs to implementing tailored solutions and offering ongoing support. By focusing on a smooth and impactful experience, you will help foster long-lasting relationships built on trust, ensuring the seamless adoption and success of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage a range of projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution and positive outcomes for clients.
- Customer Consultation & Solution Tailoring: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, offering customized solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring that customer requirements are clearly understood and incorporated into the solution development process.
- Hands-On Leadership: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive the successful delivery of projects, ensuring that client expectations are met at every step.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Ensure that clients’ data-sharing experience is smooth, efficient, and provides them with consistent value, strengthening long-term relationships.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital transformation, with a strong background in data solutions or data warehousing. At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on solving business challenges with technology.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong ability to assess customer needs and design solutions that leverage technology to address them.
- Self-Starter & Organized: Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing relationships across both private and public sectors.
- Clear Communicator & Team Player: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present complex ideas to clients.
