Job Summary:
As a PMO Officer, you will play a critical role in managing the delivery of high-quality projects and supporting pre-sales across various sectors within a dynamic IT consulting and professional service environment.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, providing guidance and support to project managers, and making sure the delivery of business value and project risk, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
You will be responsible for preparing and managing the project delivery high level solution in bidding phase as well.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Governance and Standards:
• Ensure the deliverables can help customize realize their business target and value
Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Assist project managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects.
• Provide guidance and support on project management tools and best practices.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings, status updates, and closure sessions.

Resource Management:
• Assist in resource planning and allocation across projects.
• Maintain an up-to-date resource capacity plan to ensure optimal utilization.
Risk and Issue Management:
• Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks and issues.
• Develop mitigation strategies and support project managers in their implementation.
• Maintain a risk and issue log and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
Mandatory qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or related software engineering field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
• Domain knowledge covers enterprise grade large software solution delivery, software development, public cloud, managed service or customer support management (ITIL), and ICT digital transformation
Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience in a project management or PMO role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Proven track record of supporting successful project delivery.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
